Questa informativa descrive il trattamento dei dati nell’app ReptiFlow per web e dispositivi mobili, nei servizi cloud e nelle pagine pubbliche collegate. ReptiFlow permette di gestire animali, terrari, cure, riproduzione e colonie.
Come cancellare l’account e richiedere la cancellazione dei dati
1. Titolare e contatti
Il titolare del trattamento è Mattia Villamena, sviluppatore e gestore di ReptiFlow. Per informazioni sulla protezione dei dati personali e per esercitare i tuoi diritti puoi scrivere a reptiflow@gmail.com.
2. Salvataggio locale e cloud facoltativo
L’applicazione consente l’utilizzo offline e la conservazione dell’archivio sul dispositivo dell’utente. A seguito dell’autenticazione, l’utente può attivare il salvataggio cloud per il dispositivo in uso, scegliendo il caricamento dell’archivio locale, l’utilizzo di un archivio già disponibile online o l’unione dei due archivi. Prima della prima attivazione è richiesta l’accettazione dell’informativa presentata. La relativa presa visione è memorizzata sul dispositivo con riferimento all’account, al servizio cloud e alla versione dell’informativa.
In caso di attivazione del salvataggio cloud, l’archivio e le modifiche successive sono sincronizzati automaticamente. Le modifiche effettuate offline e i relativi allegati sono conservati localmente e trasferiti al ripristino della connessione o alla successiva apertura dell’applicazione con accesso a Internet. I soggetti che utilizzano il medesimo account possono accedere ai dati sincronizzati. L’archiviazione nel cloud privato non comporta la pubblicazione dei dati relativi agli animali né degli allegati.
Il passaggio all’archiviazione locale interrompe la sincronizzazione sul dispositivo interessato, senza determinare la cancellazione dell’archivio già presente nel cloud, delle copie conservate su altri dispositivi o delle pubblicazioni QR. La disconnessione dall’account non comporta la cancellazione dei dati.
3. Dati trattati e finalità
L’archivio può includere anagrafiche animali, foto e miniature, documenti e nomi dei file, note, registrazioni di cura e veterinarie degli animali, promemoria e relativi registri, riproduzione, terrari, colonie di isopodi e cibo vivo, cataloghi personalizzati e progetti di targhette con le loro risorse. La sincronizzazione usa anche identificativi, versioni e informazioni tecniche per riconciliare le modifiche e recuperare operazioni interrotte.
Per la gestione dell’account sono trattati indirizzo email, nome utente, credenziali protette, stato di verifica, sessioni e informazioni necessarie alla gestione delle autorizzazioni e degli abbonamenti. Le intestazioni dell’allevatore, la relativa immagine e le richieste inviate a ReptiFlow sono archiviate online in caso di utilizzo delle rispettive funzionalità, anche qualora l’archivio relativo agli animali sia conservato localmente. I servizi online possono trattare indirizzo IP, riferimenti temporali, richieste e ulteriori dati tecnici per l’erogazione del servizio, la sicurezza e la prevenzione degli abusi.
4. Foto, documenti e responsabilità sui contenuti
A ogni selezione di foto o documenti destinati al cloud è visualizzato un avviso informativo, senza richiesta di una nuova accettazione. Il caricamento può essere immediato o differito, anche a seguito di un periodo di utilizzo offline. La sola sincronizzazione non comporta la pubblicazione degli allegati.
L’utente è tenuto a caricare esclusivamente contenuti per i quali dispone dei diritti di utilizzo e condivisione necessari. Devono essere rimossi dati personali non necessari, immagini di persone riconoscibili, recapiti, firme e informazioni riservate o sensibili riferibili all’utente o a terzi. I documenti veterinari possono contenere dati del proprietario o del professionista e devono essere verificati prima del caricamento. Non devono essere inseriti dati relativi alla salute di persone fisiche o altre categorie particolari di dati personali non necessari. La responsabilità della selezione dei contenuti e della disponibilità dei relativi diritti resta in capo all’utente, fatti salvi gli obblighi e le responsabilità di ReptiFlow previsti dalla normativa applicabile.
5. Schede QR pubbliche e PDF online
La pubblicazione QR è facoltativa e richiede una conferma distinta. Sono pubblicati i contenuti selezionati, che possono comprendere dati dell’animale o del gruppo, registrazioni, note, informazioni sulla specie, foto e intestazione dell’allevatore. I nuovi contenuti privati non vengono aggiunti automaticamente alla selezione pubblica.
Le pagine QR non richiedono autenticazione. Qualunque soggetto in possesso del codice o dell’indirizzo associato può consultare, copiare e condividere i contenuti pubblicati. I PDF ospitati online per la funzionalità NFC sono parimenti accessibili ai soggetti in possesso del relativo collegamento. L’utente è tenuto a verificare i dati inclusi prima della pubblicazione o della generazione del PDF online.
La cancellazione della pagina o la sua scadenza disabilitano l’accesso attraverso il servizio e avviano la rimozione dei contenuti collegati. Non possono cancellare copie, screenshot o download già effettuati da terzi. Cancellare una scheda pubblica non cancella l’archivio privato. I testi già pubblicati possono essere elaborati da Cloudflare Workers AI per mostrarne una traduzione ai visitatori, quando disponibile.
6. Profilo allevatore, mappa e permessi
L’iscrizione all’elenco degli allevatori può comportare, a seguito di approvazione e di conferma specifica, la pubblicazione di nome, logo, sito o profilo social, contatti, specie allevate, indirizzo e posizione sulla mappa. Le richieste di ricerca degli indirizzi sono trasmesse al servizio di geocodifica configurato, anche prima dell’invio della domanda di iscrizione. La posizione del dispositivo è richiesta in caso di utilizzo della funzionalità dedicata.
Fotocamera, galleria e accesso ai file servono per contenuti scelti dall’utente e importazione o esportazione. Notifiche, allarmi, widget e calendario del dispositivo servono alle funzioni abilitate. Le notifiche locali funzionano sul dispositivo; le funzioni di promemoria cloud comportano il trattamento online dei dati necessari. Negare un permesso può impedire la relativa funzione senza impedire l’uso delle altre.
7. Fornitori e trasferimenti
I servizi ReptiFlow usano Cloudflare per infrastruttura web, autenticazione, database, archiviazione di file e servizi QR. Un cloud personale configurato usa invece il servizio scelto dall’utente per il relativo archivio. Mappe e indirizzi possono usare OpenStreetMap e Geoapify; gli acquisti e gli abbonamenti usano i servizi dello store di distribuzione. I link esterni sono soggetti alle informative dei rispettivi gestori.
Le versioni mobili possono usare Google AdMob per gli annunci e i suoi strumenti di gestione delle preferenze privacy. Il trattamento dipende dalla piattaforma, dalle impostazioni, dai consensi applicabili e dall’eventuale esclusione degli annunci. I fornitori possono trattare dati fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo; ove richiesto, i trasferimenti si basano sulle garanzie applicabili, incluse decisioni di adeguatezza o clausole contrattuali standard. Le informazioni sui fornitori e sulle garanzie applicabili possono essere richieste al titolare attraverso il contatto indicato nella presente informativa.
Per inviare email di verifica, recupero della password e aggiornamento delle richieste, il servizio usa Brevo, cui sono trasmessi indirizzo email, contenuto del messaggio e dati necessari alla consegna. Le ricerche degli indirizzi possono essere inoltrate a Geoapify e, come servizio alternativo, a Photon (istanza pubblica di komoot o endpoint configurato): ricevono il testo cercato, il paese e, quando supportata, la lingua. I servizi cartografici ricevono le richieste necessarie a visualizzare la mappa. Questi trattamenti sono distinti dal salvataggio facoltativo dell’archivio animali nel cloud.
8. Pubblicità nelle app mobili e scelte privacy
Le versioni Android e iOS integrano Google AdMob. Quando vengono utilizzati i servizi pubblicitari, Google può trattare indirizzo IP e posizione approssimativa ricavata da esso, identificatori del dispositivo o pubblicitari, interazioni con l’app e gli annunci, informazioni diagnostiche e sul funzionamento dell’SDK. Le finalità includono erogazione e misurazione degli annunci, analisi del servizio pubblicitario, sicurezza e prevenzione delle frodi; la personalizzazione dipende dalle scelte applicabili. I dati effettivi dipendono da piattaforma, versione dell’SDK, autorizzazioni e configurazione.
L’app usa Google User Messaging Platform per richiedere le scelte previste e, su iOS, il permesso App Tracking Transparency quando applicabile. Il permesso di sistema e il consenso pubblicitario sono scelte distinte. Gli annunci non personalizzati possono comunque comportare trattamento di dati tecnici e uso di tecnologie che richiedono consenso. Puoi gestire l’identificatore pubblicitario e il permesso di tracciamento dalle impostazioni del dispositivo e contattare reptiflow@gmail.com per richieste relative ai dati. Le impostazioni del dispositivo non sostituiscono la revoca dei consensi eventualmente raccolti dal fornitore. La scelta del cloud non costituisce consenso alla pubblicità. Il sito pubblico usa una configurazione separata, descritta nell’eventuale sezione dedicata.
9. Basi giuridiche
Il trattamento necessario a fornire account, archivio cloud e funzioni richieste si basa sull’esecuzione del servizio richiesto (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). La presa visione iniziale del cloud informa sulla scelta del servizio e non autorizza usi ulteriori dei dati. Le pubblicazioni facoltative e i trattamenti pubblicitari che richiedono consenso si basano sul consenso specifico (lett. a). Gli adempimenti legali si basano su obblighi di legge (lett. c); sicurezza e prevenzione degli abusi possono basarsi sul legittimo interesse (lett. f), nei limiti applicabili.
10. Conservazione e cancellazione
I dati locali restano nel browser o nel dispositivo fino alla cancellazione tramite le funzioni disponibili o alla rimozione dei dati dell’app. I backup esportati e le copie su altri dispositivi restano nelle posizioni scelte dall’utente. Prima di alcune operazioni cloud l’app crea un backup locale di recupero.
I dati cloud restano associati all’account fino alla cancellazione dei contenuti o dell’account. La sincronizzazione può conservare versioni e marcatori di cancellazione per riconciliazione e recupero: eliminare un record non garantisce la rimozione immediata di ogni traccia tecnica. La cancellazione dell’account avvia la pulizia dei dati e dei file collegati nei servizi ReptiFlow; le operazioni possono richiedere completamento o nuovi tentativi. Possono restare informazioni tecniche minime per impedire il ripristino di un account eliminato, per sicurezza o per obblighi legali. Per servizi personali esterni occorre gestire anche le copie presso il relativo fornitore.
Le schede QR e i PDF online restano disponibili fino alla cancellazione o alla scadenza configurata. Log tecnici e dati amministrativi sono conservati per il tempo necessario alle rispettive finalità e agli obblighi applicabili. Le informazioni sui termini di conservazione e le richieste di cancellazione possono essere trasmesse al contatto indicato nella presente informativa.
I link di verifica dell’email sono validi 24 ore e quelli di recupero password un’ora. I token di accesso hanno validità di un’ora e le sessioni rinnovabili una scadenza di 90 giorni aggiornata al rinnovo. Queste scadenze limitano l’utilizzo delle credenziali e non equivalgono alla cancellazione automatica dei relativi record. I tentativi usati dal controllo antiabuso sono conteggiati su una finestra di 15 minuti; i record più vecchi vengono rimossi durante le successive operazioni di pulizia.
Dopo la cancellazione possono permanere record tecnici dell’account disattivato e dell’esito della pulizia, identificativi che impediscono il ripristino dell’archivio eliminato e riferimenti agli acquisti che ne impediscono la riassegnazione. Il servizio rimuove il token di acquisto riutilizzabile nella pulizia prevista per gli abbonamenti. Alcune di queste registrazioni non hanno attualmente una cancellazione automatica a scadenza. Puoi richiedere informazioni sui dati residui e la valutazione della loro cancellazione a reptiflow@gmail.com; gli obblighi legali e le esigenze di sicurezza devono essere valutati per ciascuna categoria.
11. Come cancellare l’account e richiedere la cancellazione dei dati
Nell’app apri Account → Gestione account → Zona pericolosa → Elimina account e conferma con la password. Anche senza installare o aprire l’app puoi inviare una richiesta a reptiflow@gmail.com con oggetto “ReptiFlow — cancellazione account”, preferibilmente dall’indirizzo associato all’account. Indica se richiedi la cancellazione dell’intero account o di dati specifici. Non inviare password o documenti di identità senza che siano necessari e richiesti: potremmo chiedere informazioni proporzionate per verificare che la richiesta provenga dal titolare dell’account.
La cancellazione revoca l’accesso e avvia la rimozione dell’archivio cloud e dei file collegati, delle pubblicazioni QR e delle richieste associate nei servizi ReptiFlow. Se un servizio non risponde, la pulizia può restare in attesa e richiedere nuovi tentativi o assistenza: non è garantita una rimozione simultanea da tutti i servizi. Le copie locali, i backup esportati e le copie ottenute da terzi vanno gestiti separatamente. La cancellazione dell’account non annulla automaticamente gli abbonamenti nello store: gestisci il rinnovo nelle impostazioni di Google Play o dell’App Store. La richiesta può essere inviata anche in presenza di un abbonamento attivo.
12. Sicurezza e tecnologie locali
L’app usa LocalStorage, IndexedDB e cache del service worker per archivio offline, sessioni, impostazioni, scelte privacy e recupero delle operazioni. Queste tecnologie sono necessarie alle funzioni dell’app. Le preferenze pubblicitarie sono gestite separatamente dove previste.
I servizi cloud utilizzano connessioni HTTPS e controlli di accesso per i dati privati. Non è prevista una garanzia di cifratura end-to-end: i servizi devono poter elaborare i dati per fornire le funzionalità richieste. La protezione del dispositivo e delle credenziali è a carico dell’utente. La condivisione dell’account comporta la condivisione dell’accesso ai dati. Le pagine pubbliche sono intenzionalmente accessibili mediante il relativo collegamento.
13. Diritti dell’interessato
Le funzionalità disponibili consentono la consultazione, la modifica, l’esportazione e la cancellazione dei dati. L’interessato può esercitare i diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento, opposizione e portabilità, ove applicabili, mediante richiesta all’indirizzo reptiflow@gmail.com. I consensi possono essere revocati attraverso le funzionalità pertinenti o mediante richiesta al titolare. La revoca non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento effettuato prima della stessa. L’interruzione della sincronizzazione e la richiesta di cancellazione costituiscono operazioni distinte.
L’interessato ha diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) o all’autorità di controllo competente nel paese di residenza. Il conferimento dei dati relativi all’account e al cloud è necessario esclusivamente per l’utilizzo delle rispettive funzionalità; resta disponibile la modalità locale. L’archivio privato non è utilizzato per decisioni automatizzate che producano effetti giuridici o incidano in modo analogamente significativo sull’interessato.
14. Minori e aggiornamenti
ReptiFlow non è destinata a bambini sotto i 13 anni. Questa indicazione non stabilisce l’età per prestare autonomamente un consenso privacy: per l’offerta diretta di servizi online a minori, quando il trattamento si basa sul consenso, in Italia la soglia è 14 anni; negli altri paesi si applica la soglia prevista dalla normativa locale. Sotto la soglia applicabile il consenso deve essere prestato o autorizzato da chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale. La sola supervisione non sostituisce tale autorizzazione. Le richieste relative ai dati di un minore possono essere inviate a reptiflow@gmail.com. Gli aggiornamenti sono pubblicati con la nuova data e gli eventuali nuovi consensi necessari vengono richiesti separatamente; continuare a usare il servizio non sostituisce un consenso richiesto.
Sito pubblico: preferenze e pubblicità
Al momento gli annunci pubblicitari non sono attivi sul sito delle schede allevamento. Il meta tag AdSense serve a verificare la proprietà del sito e non carica annunci. Il browser conserva il tema (reptiflow-public-theme), il paese scelto (reptiflow-public-residence-country) e la lingua della privacy (reptiflow.privacy.lang) in localStorage. Queste preferenze restano nel browser e si possono cancellare dalle sue impostazioni. Lingua e paese possono comparire anche negli indirizzi visitati. Cloudflare tratta richieste e dati tecnici per erogare e proteggere il sito, come descritto sopra.
Quando sarà attivato Google AdSense, Google e gli eventuali fornitori o reti pubblicitarie di terze parti potranno usare cookie e tecnologie simili per erogare e misurare annunci, prevenire frodi e, se consentito, personalizzare gli annunci in base alle visite a questo o ad altri siti. Potranno essere trattati indirizzo IP, URL visitato, informazioni del dispositivo, identificatori e interazioni pubblicitarie. Prima dell’attivazione saranno configurati i fornitori e un sistema di gestione del consenso: dove richiesto, il caricamento dipenderà dalle scelte dell’utente, modificabili o revocabili tramite quel sistema. La disattivazione della personalizzazione non elimina necessariamente cookie o trattamenti per misurazione e sicurezza.

This policy explains data processing in the ReptiFlow web and mobile app, its cloud services and linked public pages. ReptiFlow manages animals, terrariums, care, breeding and colonies.
How to delete your account and request data deletion
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Mattia Villamena, the developer and operator of ReptiFlow. For information about personal data protection and to exercise your rights, contact reptiflow@gmail.com.
2. Local storage and optional cloud
The application supports offline use and storage of the archive on the user’s device. Following authentication, the user may enable cloud storage for the device in use by uploading the local archive, using an existing online archive or merging both archives. Acceptance of the information presented is required before initial activation. The acknowledgement is stored on the device with reference to the account, cloud service and policy version.
When cloud storage is enabled, the archive and subsequent changes are synchronised automatically. Changes made offline and associated attachments are stored locally and transferred when connectivity is restored or the application is next opened with Internet access. Persons using the same account may access synchronised data. Private cloud storage does not result in the publication of animal data or attachments.
Switching to local storage stops syncing on this device: it does not delete the existing cloud archive, data on other devices or QR publications. Signing out does not delete data.
3. Data processed and purposes
The archive may include animal records, photos and thumbnails, documents and filenames, notes, animal care and veterinary records, reminders and logs, breeding, terrariums, isopod and live food colonies, custom catalogues and nameplate projects and assets. Syncing also uses identifiers, versions and technical information to reconcile changes and recover interrupted operations.
Account management involves processing email addresses, usernames, protected credentials, verification status, sessions and information required for permissions and subscriptions. Breeder headers, associated images and requests submitted to ReptiFlow are stored online when the corresponding features are used, including where the animal archive is stored locally. Online services may process IP addresses, timestamps, requests and additional technical data for service delivery, security and abuse prevention.
4. Photos, documents and content responsibility
An informational notice is displayed on each selection of photos or documents intended for cloud storage, without requiring further acceptance. Uploads may take place immediately or subsequently, including following offline use. Synchronisation alone does not result in publication of attachments.
Users are required to upload only content for which the necessary rights of use and sharing have been obtained. Unnecessary personal data, images of identifiable persons, contact details, signatures and confidential or sensitive information relating to the user or third parties must be removed. Veterinary documents may contain information about the owner or practitioner and must be reviewed before upload. Unnecessary human health data or other special categories of personal data must not be included. Responsibility for selecting content and obtaining the necessary rights rests with the user, without prejudice to ReptiFlow’s duties and liabilities under applicable law.
5. Public QR pages and online PDFs
QR publication is optional and requires separate confirmation. Selected content is published and may include animal or group details, records, notes, species information, photos and breeder headers. New private content is not automatically added to the public selection.
QR pages do not require authentication. Any person holding the code or associated address may view, copy and share published content. PDFs hosted online for the NFC feature are likewise accessible to persons holding the corresponding link. Users are required to review the included data before publication or generation of an online PDF.
Deleting a page or reaching its expiry disables access through the service and starts removal of linked content. It cannot remove copies, screenshots or downloads already made by others. Deleting a public page does not delete the private archive. Already published text may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to display a translation to visitors, where available.
6. Breeder profile, maps and permissions
Registration in the breeder directory may result, following approval and specific confirmation, in publication of the breeder’s name, logo, website or social profile, contact details, bred species, address and map location. Address search requests are sent to the configured geocoding service, including before submission of registration. Device location is requested when the corresponding feature is used.
Camera, gallery and file access support user-selected content and imports or exports. Notifications, alarms, widgets and the device calendar support enabled features. Local notifications run on the device; cloud reminder features involve online processing of necessary data. Denying a permission may prevent that feature without preventing use of others.
7. Providers and transfers
ReptiFlow services use Cloudflare for web infrastructure, authentication, databases, file storage and QR services. A configured personal cloud uses the service chosen by the user for that archive. Maps and addresses may use OpenStreetMap and Geoapify; purchases and subscriptions use distribution store services. External links are subject to their operators’ policies.
Mobile editions may use Google AdMob for ads and its privacy preference tools. Processing depends on the platform, settings, applicable consent and whether ads are disabled. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where required, transfers rely on applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Information concerning providers and applicable safeguards may be requested from the controller using the contact details stated in this policy.
The service uses Brevo to send verification, password recovery and request update emails. Brevo receives the email address, message content and information needed for delivery. Address searches may be forwarded to Geoapify and, as an alternative, Photon (komoot’s public instance or a configured endpoint): they receive the search text, country and, where supported, language. Map services receive the requests needed to display the map. These activities are separate from optional cloud storage of the animal archive.
8. Advertising in mobile apps and privacy choices
The Android and iOS versions integrate Google AdMob. When advertising services are used, Google may process the IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic and SDK performance information. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, advertising service analytics, security and fraud prevention; personalisation depends on applicable choices. Actual data depends on the platform, SDK version, permissions and configuration.
The app uses Google User Messaging Platform to request applicable choices and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission where applicable. System permission and advertising consent are separate choices. Non-personalised ads may still involve technical data and technologies requiring consent. You can manage the advertising identifier and tracking permission in device settings and contact reptiflow@gmail.com about your data. Device settings do not replace withdrawal of any consent collected by the provider. Choosing cloud storage is not consent to advertising. The public website uses a separate configuration, described in its dedicated section where present.
9. Legal bases
Processing needed to provide accounts, cloud archives and requested features is based on performance of the requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Initial cloud acknowledgement provides information concerning selection of the service and does not authorise further uses of data. Optional publication and advertising processing requiring consent rely on specific consent (point (a)). Legal compliance relies on legal obligations (point (c)); security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests (point (f)), within applicable limits.
10. Retention and deletion
Local data remains in the browser or on the device until deleted through available features or removal of app data. Exported backups and copies on other devices remain in the locations chosen by the user. Before some cloud operations the app creates a local recovery backup.
Cloud data remains associated with the account until content or account deletion. Syncing may retain versions and deletion markers for reconciliation and recovery: deleting a record does not guarantee immediate removal of all technical traces. Account deletion starts cleanup of linked data and files in ReptiFlow services; operations may need time or retries to complete. Minimal technical information may remain to prevent restoration of a deleted account, for security or legal obligations. For external personal services, copies must also be managed with the relevant provider.
QR pages and online PDFs remain available until deletion or configured expiry. Technical logs and administrative data are retained as necessary for their purposes and applicable obligations. Information concerning retention periods and requests for deletion may be submitted using the contact details stated in this policy.
Email verification links are valid for 24 hours and password recovery links for one hour. Access tokens are valid for one hour; renewable sessions expire after 90 days, with expiry updated on renewal. These limits restrict credential use and do not mean automatic deletion of the corresponding records. Abuse prevention attempts are counted within a 15-minute window; older records are removed during subsequent cleanup operations.
After deletion, technical records of the disabled account and cleanup outcome, identifiers preventing restoration of the deleted archive and purchase references preventing reassignment may remain. The service removes the reusable purchase token during the subscription cleanup process. Some of these records currently have no automatic expiry-based deletion. You can request information about remaining data and an assessment of its deletion at reptiflow@gmail.com; legal obligations and security needs must be assessed for each category.
11. How to delete your account and request data deletion
In the app, open Account → Account management → Danger zone → Delete account and confirm with your password. Without installing or opening the app, you can also email reptiflow@gmail.com with the subject “ReptiFlow — account deletion”, preferably from the address linked to the account. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, where applicable, by submitting a request to reptiflow@gmail.com. Consent may be withdrawn through the relevant features or by contacting the controller. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Discontinuing synchronisation and requesting erasure are separate actions.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the competent supervisory authority in their country of residence. Provision of account and cloud data is required solely for the corresponding features; local use remains available. The private archive is not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on data subjects.

ReptiFlow is not intended for children under 13. This does not establish the age for independently giving privacy consent: for online services offered directly to minors, where processing relies on consent, the threshold in Italy is 14; other countries apply their local legal threshold. Below the applicable threshold, consent must be given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility. Supervision alone does not replace that authorisation. Requests about a minor’s data can be sent to reptiflow@gmail.com. Updates are published with a new date and any required new consent is requested separately; continued use does not replace required consent.
Public website: preferences and advertising
Advertising is currently inactive on the care sheet website. The AdSense meta tag verifies site ownership and does not load ads. Browser localStorage retains your theme (reptiflow-public-theme), selected country (reptiflow-public-residence-country) and privacy language (reptiflow.privacy.lang). These preferences stay in the browser and can be deleted through its settings. Language and country may also appear in visited URLs. Cloudflare processes requests and technical data to deliver and protect the website, as described above.
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and any third-party advertising vendors or networks may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize ads based on visits to this or other websites. How to delete your account and request data deletion

The application supports offline use and storage of the archive on the user’s device. Following authentication, the user may enable cloud storage for the device in use by uploading the local archive, using an existing online archive or merging both archives. Acceptance of the information presented is required before initial activation. The acknowledgement is stored on the device with reference to the account, cloud service and policy version.
When cloud storage is enabled, the archive and subsequent changes are synchronised automatically. Changes made offline and associated attachments are stored locally and transferred when connectivity is restored or the application is next opened with Internet access. Persons using the same account may access synchronised data. Private cloud storage does not result in the publication of animal data or attachments.
Switching to local storage stops syncing on this device: it does not delete the existing cloud archive, data on other devices or QR publications. Signing out does not delete data.
3. Data processed and purposes
The archive may include animal records, photos and thumbnails, documents and filenames, notes, animal care and veterinary records, reminders and logs, breeding, terrariums, isopod and live food colonies, custom catalogues and nameplate projects and assets. Syncing also uses identifiers, versions and technical information to reconcile changes and recover interrupted operations.
Account management involves processing email addresses, usernames, protected credentials, verification status, sessions and information required for permissions and subscriptions. Breeder headers, associated images and requests submitted to ReptiFlow are stored online when the corresponding features are used, including where the animal archive is stored locally. Online services may process IP addresses, timestamps, requests and additional technical data for service delivery, security and abuse prevention.
4. Photos, documents and content responsibility
An informational notice is displayed on each selection of photos or documents intended for cloud storage, without requiring further acceptance. Uploads may take place immediately or subsequently, including following offline use. Synchronisation alone does not result in publication of attachments.
Users are required to upload only content for which the necessary rights of use and sharing have been obtained. Unnecessary personal data, images of identifiable persons, contact details, signatures and confidential or sensitive information relating to the user or third parties must be removed. Veterinary documents may contain information about the owner or practitioner and must be reviewed before upload. Unnecessary human health data or other special categories of personal data must not be included. Responsibility for selecting content and obtaining the necessary rights rests with the user, without prejudice to ReptiFlow’s duties and liabilities under applicable law.
5. Public QR pages and online PDFs
QR publication is optional and requires separate confirmation. Selected content is published and may include animal or group details, records, notes, species information, photos and breeder headers. New private content is not automatically added to the public selection.
QR pages do not require authentication. Any person holding the code or associated address may view, copy and share published content. PDFs hosted online for the NFC feature are likewise accessible to persons holding the corresponding link. Users are required to review the included data before publication or generation of an online PDF.
Deleting a page or reaching its expiry disables access through the service and starts removal of linked content. It cannot remove copies, screenshots or downloads already made by others. Deleting a public page does not delete the private archive. Already published text may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to display a translation to visitors, where available.
6. Breeder profile, maps and permissions
Registration in the breeder directory may result, following approval and specific confirmation, in publication of the breeder’s name, logo, website or social profile, contact details, bred species, address and map location. Address search requests are sent to the configured geocoding service, including before submission of registration. Device location is requested when the corresponding feature is used.
Camera, gallery and file access support user-selected content and imports or exports. Notifications, alarms, widgets and the device calendar support enabled features. Local notifications run on the device; cloud reminder features involve online processing of necessary data. Denying a permission may prevent that feature without preventing use of others.
7. Providers and transfers
ReptiFlow services use Cloudflare for web infrastructure, authentication, databases, file storage and QR services. A configured personal cloud uses the service chosen by the user for that archive. Maps and addresses may use OpenStreetMap and Geoapify; purchases and subscriptions use distribution store services. External links are subject to their operators’ policies.
Mobile editions may use Google AdMob for ads and its privacy preference tools. Processing depends on the platform, settings, applicable consent and whether ads are disabled. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where required, transfers rely on applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Information concerning providers and applicable safeguards may be requested from the controller using the contact details stated in this policy.
The service uses Brevo to send verification, password recovery and request update emails. Brevo receives the email address, message content and information needed for delivery. Address searches may be forwarded to Geoapify and, as an alternative, Photon (komoot’s public instance or a configured endpoint): they receive the search text, country and, where supported, language. Map services receive the requests needed to display the map. These activities are separate from optional cloud storage of the animal archive.
8. Advertising in mobile apps and privacy choices
The Android and iOS versions integrate Google AdMob. When advertising services are used, Google may process the IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic and SDK performance information. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, advertising service analytics, security and fraud prevention; personalisation depends on applicable choices. Actual data depends on the platform, SDK version, permissions and configuration.
The app uses Google User Messaging Platform to request applicable choices and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission where applicable. System permission and advertising consent are separate choices. Non-personalised ads may still involve technical data and technologies requiring consent. You can manage the advertising identifier and tracking permission in device settings and contact reptiflow@gmail.com about your data. Device settings do not replace withdrawal of any consent collected by the provider. Choosing cloud storage is not consent to advertising. The public website uses a separate configuration, described in its dedicated section where present.
9. Legal bases
Processing needed to provide accounts, cloud archives and requested features is based on performance of the requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Initial cloud acknowledgement provides information concerning selection of the service and does not authorise further uses of data. Optional publication and advertising processing requiring consent rely on specific consent (point (a)). Legal compliance relies on legal obligations (point (c)); security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests (point (f)), within applicable limits.
10. Retention and deletion
Local data remains in the browser or on the device until deleted through available features or removal of app data. Exported backups and copies on other devices remain in the locations chosen by the user. Before some cloud operations the app creates a local recovery backup.
Cloud data remains associated with the account until content or account deletion. Syncing may retain versions and deletion markers for reconciliation and recovery: deleting a record does not guarantee immediate removal of all technical traces. Account deletion starts cleanup of linked data and files in ReptiFlow services; operations may need time or retries to complete. Minimal technical information may remain to prevent restoration of a deleted account, for security or legal obligations. For external personal services, copies must also be managed with the relevant provider.
QR pages and online PDFs remain available until deletion or configured expiry. Technical logs and administrative data are retained as necessary for their purposes and applicable obligations. Information concerning retention periods and requests for deletion may be submitted using the contact details stated in this policy.
Email verification links are valid for 24 hours and password recovery links for one hour. Access tokens are valid for one hour; renewable sessions expire after 90 days, with expiry updated on renewal. These limits restrict credential use and do not mean automatic deletion of the corresponding records. Abuse prevention attempts are counted within a 15-minute window; older records are removed during subsequent cleanup operations.
After deletion, technical records of the disabled account and cleanup outcome, identifiers preventing restoration of the deleted archive and purchase references preventing reassignment may remain. The service removes the reusable purchase token during the subscription cleanup process. Some of these records currently have no automatic expiry-based deletion. You can request information about remaining data and an assessment of its deletion at reptiflow@gmail.com; legal obligations and security needs must be assessed for each category.

L’acceptation des informations présentées est requise avant la première activation. Cette prise de connaissance est enregistrée sur l’appareil pour le compte, le service cloud et la version de la politique concernés.
Avec le cloud activé, les données et les modifications suivantes sont synchronisées automatiquement. Les modifications hors ligne et leurs pièces jointes restent en local puis sont transférées au retour de la connexion ou à la réouverture de l’application en ligne. Les personnes utilisant le même compte peuvent accéder aux données synchronisées. Le cloud privé ne publie ni les animaux ni les pièces jointes.
Revenir au stockage local arrête la synchronisation sur cet appareil sans supprimer les données déjà dans le cloud, sur les autres appareils ou dans les publications QR. Se déconnecter ne supprime pas les données.
3. Données traitées et finalités
Les données peuvent inclure fiches animales, photos et miniatures, documents et noms de fichiers, notes, registres de soins et vétérinaires des animaux, rappels et journaux, reproduction, terrariums, colonies d’isopodes et de nourriture vivante, catalogues personnalisés et projets de plaques avec leurs ressources. La synchronisation utilise également des identifiants, versions et informations techniques pour concilier les modifications et reprendre les opérations interrompues.
La gestion des comptes implique le traitement des adresses électroniques, noms d’utilisateur, identifiants protégés, états de vérification, sessions et informations nécessaires aux autorisations et abonnements. Les en-têtes d’éleveur, leurs images et les demandes envoyées à ReptiFlow sont stockés en ligne lors de l’utilisation de ces fonctions, même avec des données animales locales. Les services en ligne peuvent traiter adresses IP, horaires, requêtes et autres données techniques pour leur fonctionnement, la sécurité et la prévention des abus.
4. Photos, documents et responsabilité des contenus
À chaque sélection de photos ou documents destinés au cloud, une information apparaît sans nouvelle acceptation. Le transfert peut être immédiat ou différé, notamment après une période hors ligne. La synchronisation seule ne rend pas les pièces jointes publiques.
L’utilisateur est tenu de transmettre uniquement des contenus pour lesquels les droits nécessaires d’utilisation et de partage ont été obtenus. Les données personnelles non nécessaires, images de personnes reconnaissables, coordonnées, signatures et informations confidentielles ou sensibles concernant l’utilisateur ou des tiers doivent être retirées. Les documents vétérinaires peuvent contenir des informations sur le propriétaire ou le professionnel et doivent être vérifiés avant leur transmission. Les données de santé humaine et autres catégories particulières de données personnelles non nécessaires ne doivent pas être incluses. La responsabilité du choix des contenus et de la détention des droits nécessaires incombe à l’utilisateur, sans préjudice des obligations et responsabilités de ReptiFlow prévues par la législation applicable.
5. Pages QR publiques et PDF en ligne
La publication QR est facultative et nécessite une confirmation distincte. Les contenus sélectionnés sont publiés : informations sur l’animal ou le groupe, registres, notes, espèce, photos et en-tête d’éleveur peuvent être inclus. Les nouveaux contenus privés ne sont pas ajoutés automatiquement à la sélection publique.
Les pages QR ne nécessitent pas d’authentification : toute personne disposant du code ou de l’adresse peut consulter, copier et partager les contenus. Les PDF hébergés pour la fonction NFC sont également accessibles à toute personne disposant du lien. L’utilisateur est tenu de vérifier les données incluses avant la publication ou la génération du PDF en ligne.
La suppression ou l’expiration d’une page désactive l’accès par le service et lance la suppression des contenus associés. Elle ne supprime pas les copies, captures d’écran ou téléchargements déjà réalisés par des tiers. Supprimer une page publique ne supprime pas les données privées. Les textes déjà publiés peuvent être traités par Cloudflare Workers AI pour proposer une traduction aux visiteurs, lorsque disponible.
6. Profil d’éleveur, carte et autorisations
L’inscription à l’annuaire des éleveurs peut rendre publics, après approbation et confirmation spécifique, nom, logo, site ou profil social, contacts, espèces élevées, adresse et position sur la carte. Les recherches d’adresses sont envoyées au service de géocodage configuré, même avant l’envoi de l’inscription. La position de l’appareil est demandée lors de l’utilisation de la fonction correspondante.
L’appareil photo, la galerie et l’accès aux fichiers servent aux contenus choisis et aux importations ou exportations. Notifications, alarmes, widgets et calendrier de l’appareil servent aux fonctions activées. Les notifications locales fonctionnent sur l’appareil ; les rappels cloud impliquent un traitement en ligne des données nécessaires. Refuser une autorisation peut empêcher la fonction concernée sans empêcher les autres.
7. Prestataires et transferts
Les services ReptiFlow utilisent Cloudflare pour l’infrastructure web, l’authentification, les bases de données, les fichiers et les services QR. Un cloud personnel configuré utilise le service choisi par l’utilisateur pour ces données. Cartes et adresses peuvent utiliser OpenStreetMap et Geoapify ; achats et abonnements utilisent les services de la boutique de distribution. Les liens externes relèvent des politiques de leurs gestionnaires.
Les versions mobiles peuvent utiliser Google AdMob pour les annonces et ses outils de préférences de confidentialité. Le traitement dépend de la plateforme, des paramètres, des consentements applicables et de la désactivation éventuelle des annonces. Les prestataires peuvent traiter les données hors de l’Espace économique européen ; lorsque requis, les transferts reposent sur les garanties applicables, notamment décisions d’adéquation ou clauses contractuelles types. Les informations relatives aux prestataires et aux garanties applicables peuvent être demandées au responsable du traitement aux coordonnées indiquées dans la présente politique.
Le service utilise Brevo pour envoyer les emails de vérification, de récupération du mot de passe et de suivi des demandes. Brevo reçoit l’adresse email, le contenu du message et les données nécessaires à sa livraison. Les recherches d’adresses peuvent être transmises à Geoapify et, en alternative, à Photon (instance publique de komoot ou service configuré) : ces services reçoivent le texte recherché, le pays et, si disponible, la langue. Les services cartographiques reçoivent les requêtes nécessaires à l’affichage de la carte. Ces traitements sont distincts du stockage facultatif des données des animaux dans le cloud.
8. Publicité dans les applications mobiles et choix de confidentialité
Les versions Android et iOS intègrent Google AdMob. Lorsque les services publicitaires sont utilisés, Google peut traiter l’adresse IP et la localisation approximative qui en découle, les identifiants de l’appareil ou publicitaires, les interactions avec l’application et les annonces, ainsi que des données de diagnostic et de fonctionnement du SDK. Les finalités comprennent la diffusion et la mesure des annonces, l’analyse du service publicitaire, la sécurité et la prévention de la fraude ; la personnalisation dépend des choix applicables. Les données effectives dépendent de la plateforme, de la version du SDK, des autorisations et de la configuration.
L’application utilise Google User Messaging Platform pour recueillir les choix applicables et, sur iOS, l’autorisation App Tracking Transparency lorsque nécessaire. L’autorisation système et le consentement publicitaire sont distincts. Les annonces non personnalisées peuvent néanmoins impliquer des données techniques et des technologies nécessitant un consentement. Vous pouvez gérer l’identifiant publicitaire et l’autorisation de suivi dans les réglages de l’appareil et contacter reptiflow@gmail.com au sujet de vos données. Ces réglages ne remplacent pas le retrait des consentements recueillis par le fournisseur. Le choix du cloud ne vaut pas consentement à la publicité. Le site public utilise une configuration séparée, décrite dans sa section dédiée lorsqu’elle est présente.
9. Bases juridiques
Le traitement nécessaire aux comptes, aux données cloud et aux fonctions demandées repose sur l’exécution du service demandé (article 6, paragraphe 1, point b du RGPD). La prise de connaissance initiale du cloud informe sur le choix du service et n’autorise pas d’autres utilisations. Les publications facultatives et traitements publicitaires nécessitant un consentement reposent sur un consentement spécifique (point a). Les obligations légales relèvent du point c ; la sécurité et la prévention des abus peuvent relever de l’intérêt légitime (point f), dans les limites applicables.
10. Conservation et suppression
Les données locales restent dans le navigateur ou sur l’appareil jusqu’à leur suppression par les fonctions disponibles ou l’effacement des données de l’application. Les sauvegardes exportées et copies sur d’autres appareils restent aux emplacements choisis. L’application crée une sauvegarde locale de récupération avant certaines opérations cloud.
Les données cloud restent associées au compte jusqu’à la suppression du contenu ou du compte. La synchronisation peut conserver versions et marqueurs de suppression pour la conciliation et la récupération : supprimer un élément ne garantit pas l’effacement immédiat de toute trace technique. La suppression du compte lance le nettoyage des données et fichiers associés dans les services ReptiFlow ; les opérations peuvent nécessiter du temps ou de nouvelles tentatives. Des informations techniques minimales peuvent subsister pour empêcher la restauration d’un compte supprimé, pour la sécurité ou les obligations légales. Les copies conservées par des services personnels externes doivent également être gérées auprès du prestataire concerné.
Les pages QR et PDF en ligne restent disponibles jusqu’à suppression ou expiration configurée. Journaux techniques et données administratives sont conservés selon les besoins de leurs finalités et des obligations applicables. Les demandes relatives aux durées de conservation ou à la suppression peuvent être adressées aux coordonnées indiquées dans la présente politique.
Les liens de vérification de l’email sont valables 24 heures et ceux de récupération du mot de passe une heure. Les jetons d’accès sont valables une heure ; les sessions renouvelables expirent après 90 jours, avec mise à jour à chaque renouvellement. Ces délais limitent l’usage des identifiants et ne constituent pas une suppression automatique des enregistrements correspondants. Les tentatives de prévention des abus sont comptées sur 15 minutes ; les enregistrements plus anciens sont supprimés lors des nettoyages suivants.
Après suppression, des enregistrements techniques du compte désactivé et du résultat du nettoyage, des identifiants empêchant la restauration des données supprimées et des références d’achats empêchant leur réattribution peuvent subsister. Le service supprime le jeton d’achat réutilisable lors du nettoyage des abonnements. Certains enregistrements n’ont actuellement pas de suppression automatique à échéance. 11. Supprimer le compte et demander l’effacement des données
Dans l’application, ouvrez Compte → Gestion du compte → Zone dangereuse → Supprimer le compte et confirmez avec votre mot de passe. Sans installer ni ouvrir l’application, vous pouvez écrire à reptiflow@gmail.com avec l’objet « ReptiFlow — suppression du compte », de préférence depuis l’adresse liée au compte. Précisez si vous demandez la suppression du compte entier ou de données spécifiques. N’envoyez pas de mot de passe ni de pièce d’identité sans nécessité et demande explicite : nous pouvons demander des informations proportionnées pour vérifier votre qualité de titulaire du compte.
La suppression révoque l’accès et lance l’effacement des données cloud et des fichiers associés, des publications QR et des demandes liées dans les services ReptiFlow. Si un service ne répond pas, le nettoyage peut rester en attente et nécessiter de nouvelles tentatives ou une assistance : l’effacement simultané de tous les services n’est pas garanti. Les copies locales, sauvegardes exportées et copies détenues par des tiers doivent être gérées séparément. Supprimer le compte n’annule pas automatiquement les abonnements du store : gérez le renouvellement dans Google Play ou l’App Store. Une demande reste possible avec un abonnement actif.
12. Sécurité et technologies locales
L’application utilise LocalStorage, IndexedDB et les caches du service worker pour les données hors ligne, sessions, paramètres, choix de confidentialité et récupération des opérations. Ces technologies sont nécessaires aux fonctions de l’application. Les préférences publicitaires sont gérées séparément lorsque prévu.
Les services cloud utilisent des connexions HTTPS et des contrôles d’accès pour les données privées. Le chiffrement de bout en bout n’est pas garanti : les services doivent pouvoir traiter les données afin de fournir les fonctionnalités demandées. La protection de l’appareil et des identifiants relève de la responsabilité de l’utilisateur. Le partage d’un compte implique le partage de l’accès aux données. Les pages publiques sont intentionnellement accessibles par leur lien.
13. Droits des personnes concernées
Les fonctionnalités disponibles permettent la consultation, la modification, l’exportation et la suppression des données. La personne concernée peut exercer ses droits d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, de limitation du traitement, d’opposition et de portabilité, lorsqu’ils sont applicables, en adressant une demande à reptiflow@gmail.com. Le consentement peut être retiré par les fonctionnalités pertinentes ou par une demande au responsable du traitement. Le retrait ne porte pas atteinte à la licéité des traitements antérieurs. L’arrêt de la synchronisation et la demande d’effacement constituent des démarches distinctes.
La personne concernée dispose du droit d’introduire une réclamation auprès de l’autorité italienne de protection des données (www.garanteprivacy.it) ou de l’autorité de contrôle compétente dans son pays de résidence. La fourniture des données de compte et du cloud est nécessaire uniquement aux fonctionnalités correspondantes ; l’utilisation locale reste disponible. Les données privées ne sont pas utilisées pour des décisions automatisées produisant des effets juridiques ou des effets similaires significatifs sur les personnes concernées.
14. Mineurs et mises à jour
ReptiFlow ne s’adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 13 ans. Cette indication ne fixe pas l’âge du consentement autonome : pour les services en ligne offerts directement aux mineurs, lorsque le traitement repose sur le consentement, le seuil est de 14 ans en Italie ; ailleurs, le seuil légal local s’applique. En dessous, le consentement doit être donné ou autorisé par le titulaire de la responsabilité parentale. La seule supervision ne remplace pas cette autorisation. Les demandes concernant les données d’un mineur peuvent être envoyées à reptiflow@gmail.com. Les mises à jour portent une nouvelle date ; les nouveaux consentements nécessaires sont demandés séparément. Continuer à utiliser le service ne remplace pas un consentement requis.
Public website: preferences and advertising
Advertising is currently inactive on the care sheet website. The AdSense meta tag verifies site ownership and does not load ads. Browser localStorage retains your theme (reptiflow-public-theme), selected country (reptiflow-public-residence-country) and privacy language (reptiflow.privacy.lang). These preferences stay in the browser and can be deleted through its settings. Language and country may also appear in visited URLs. Cloudflare processes requests and technical data to deliver and protect the website, as described above.
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and any third-party advertising vendors or networks may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize ads based on visits to this or other websites. Processing may include IP addresses, visited URLs, device information, identifiers and ad interactions. Vendors and a consent management system will be configured before activation. Konto löschen und Datenlöschung beantragen
1. Verantwortlicher und Kontakt
Verantwortlicher für die Datenverarbeitung ist Mattia Villamena, Entwickler und Betreiber von ReptiFlow. Informationen zum Datenschutz und zur Ausübung Ihrer Rechte erhalten Sie unter reptiflow@gmail.com.
2. Lokaler Speicher und optionale Cloud
Die Anwendung ermöglicht die Offline-Nutzung und Speicherung des Archivs auf dem Gerät des Nutzers. Nach der Authentifizierung kann der Nutzer den Cloud-Speicher für das verwendete Gerät aktivieren, indem das lokale Archiv hochgeladen, ein vorhandenes Online-Archiv verwendet oder beide Archive zusammengeführt werden. Vor der ersten Aktivierung ist die Annahme der angezeigten Informationen erforderlich. Die Kenntnisnahme wird auf dem Gerät unter Bezug auf das Konto, den Cloud-Dienst und die Version dieser Erklärung gespeichert.
Bei aktivierter Cloud werden Archiv und spätere Änderungen automatisch synchronisiert. Offline vorgenommene Änderungen und Anhänge bleiben lokal gespeichert und werden übertragen, sobald die Verbindung wiederhergestellt oder die App online geöffnet wird. Personen mit demselben Konto können auf synchronisierte Daten zugreifen. Die private Cloud veröffentlicht weder Tiere noch Anhänge.
Der Wechsel zum lokalen Speicher beendet die Synchronisierung auf diesem Gerät. Er löscht weder das vorhandene Cloud-Archiv noch Daten anderer Geräte oder QR-Veröffentlichungen. Eine Abmeldung löscht keine Daten.
3. Verarbeitete Daten und Zwecke
Das Archiv kann Tierdaten, Fotos und Vorschaubilder, Dokumente und Dateinamen, Notizen, Pflege- und tierärztliche Aufzeichnungen, Erinnerungen und Protokolle, Zucht, Terrarien, Assel- und Futtertierkolonien, eigene Kataloge sowie Namensschildprojekte und deren Ressourcen enthalten. Zur Synchronisierung werden auch Kennungen, Versionen und technische Informationen zur Abstimmung von Änderungen und Wiederaufnahme unterbrochener Vorgänge verwendet.
Für die Kontoverwaltung werden E-Mail-Adressen, Benutzernamen, geschützte Zugangsdaten, Verifizierungsstatus, Sitzungen und Informationen für Berechtigungen und Abonnements verarbeitet. Züchterkopfzeilen, zugehörige Bilder und an ReptiFlow gesendete Anfragen werden bei Nutzung dieser Funktionen online gespeichert, auch bei lokalem Tierarchiv. Online-Dienste können IP-Adressen, Zeitangaben, Anfragen und andere technische Daten für Betrieb, Sicherheit und Missbrauchsprävention verarbeiten.
4. Fotos, Dokumente und Inhaltsverantwortung
Bei jeder Auswahl von Fotos oder Dokumenten für die Cloud erscheint ein Hinweis ohne erneute Zustimmung. Der Upload kann sofort oder später erfolgen, auch nach einer Offline-Phase. Die Synchronisierung allein macht Anhänge nicht öffentlich.
Nutzer dürfen ausschließlich Inhalte hochladen, für die die erforderlichen Nutzungs- und Weitergaberechte vorliegen. Nicht erforderliche personenbezogene Daten, Abbildungen erkennbarer Personen, Kontaktdaten, Unterschriften sowie vertrauliche oder sensible Informationen über den Nutzer oder Dritte sind zu entfernen. Tierärztliche Dokumente können Daten des Halters oder Fachpersonals enthalten und sind vor dem Hochladen zu prüfen. Nicht erforderliche menschliche Gesundheitsdaten oder andere besondere Kategorien personenbezogener Daten dürfen nicht eingefügt werden. Die Verantwortung für die Auswahl der Inhalte und das Vorliegen der erforderlichen Rechte liegt beim Nutzer; die gesetzlichen Pflichten und die Haftung von ReptiFlow bleiben unberührt.
5. Öffentliche QR-Seiten und Online-PDFs
Die QR-Veröffentlichung ist optional und erfordert eine gesonderte Bestätigung. Ausgewählte Inhalte werden veröffentlicht; dazu können Tier- oder Gruppendaten, Aufzeichnungen, Notizen, Artinformationen, Fotos und Züchterkopfzeilen gehören. Neue private Inhalte werden der öffentlichen Auswahl nicht automatisch hinzugefügt.
QR-Seiten erfordern keine Anmeldung: Jeder mit Code oder Adresse kann Inhalte ansehen, kopieren und teilen. Für die NFC-Funktion online gespeicherte PDFs sind ebenfalls für jeden mit dem Link zugänglich. Der Nutzer hat die enthaltenen Daten vor der Veröffentlichung oder Erstellung des Online-PDFs zu prüfen.
Die Löschung oder der Ablauf einer Seite deaktiviert den Zugriff über den Dienst und startet die Entfernung verknüpfter Inhalte. Bereits erstellte Kopien, Screenshots oder Downloads Dritter werden dadurch nicht gelöscht. Das Löschen einer öffentlichen Seite löscht das private Archiv nicht. Bereits veröffentlichte Texte können durch Cloudflare Workers AI verarbeitet werden, um Besuchern verfügbare Übersetzungen anzuzeigen.
6. Züchterprofil, Karte und Berechtigungen
Die Aufnahme in das Züchterverzeichnis kann nach Freigabe und ausdrücklicher Bestätigung Name, Logo, Website oder Social-Media-Profil, Kontaktdaten, gezüchtete Arten, Adresse und Kartenposition öffentlich machen. Adresssuchen werden an den eingerichteten Geokodierungsdienst übermittelt, auch vor dem Absenden der Anmeldung. Der Gerätestandort wird bei Nutzung der entsprechenden Funktion angefordert.
Kamera, Galerie und Dateizugriff dienen ausgewählten Inhalten sowie Import und Export. Benachrichtigungen, Alarme, Widgets und Gerätekalender unterstützen aktivierte Funktionen. Lokale Benachrichtigungen laufen auf dem Gerät; Cloud-Erinnerungen benötigen die Online-Verarbeitung erforderlicher Daten. Das Ablehnen einer Berechtigung kann die jeweilige Funktion verhindern, ohne andere Funktionen zu sperren.
7. Dienstleister und Übermittlungen
ReptiFlow nutzt Cloudflare für Web-Infrastruktur, Authentifizierung, Datenbanken, Dateispeicherung und QR-Dienste. Eine eingerichtete persönliche Cloud verwendet für dieses Archiv den vom Nutzer gewählten Dienst. Karten und Adressen können OpenStreetMap und Geoapify nutzen; Käufe und Abonnements verwenden die Dienste des jeweiligen App-Stores. Für externe Links gelten die Erklärungen ihrer Betreiber.
Mobile Versionen können Google AdMob für Anzeigen und dessen Datenschutzeinstellungen verwenden. Die Verarbeitung hängt von Plattform, Einstellungen, erforderlichen Einwilligungen und einer möglichen Deaktivierung von Anzeigen ab. Dienstleister können Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten; soweit erforderlich beruhen Übermittlungen auf geeigneten Garantien, etwa Angemessenheitsbeschlüssen oder Standardvertragsklauseln. Informationen zu Dienstleistern und geltenden Garantien können beim Verantwortlichen über die in dieser Erklärung angegebenen Kontaktdaten angefordert werden.
Der Dienst verwendet Brevo für Bestätigungs-, Passwortwiederherstellungs- und Status-E-Mails zu Anfragen. Brevo erhält die E-Mail-Adresse, den Nachrichteninhalt und die zur Zustellung erforderlichen Daten. Adresssuchen können an Geoapify und alternativ an Photon (öffentliche komoot-Instanz oder konfigurierter Endpunkt) übermittelt werden: Diese erhalten Suchtext, Land und, soweit unterstützt, Sprache. Kartendienste erhalten die zur Kartenanzeige erforderlichen Anfragen. Diese Verarbeitungen sind von der optionalen Cloud-Speicherung des Tierarchivs unabhängig.
8. Werbung in mobilen Apps und Datenschutzeinstellungen
Die Android- und iOS-Versionen integrieren Google AdMob. Bei Nutzung der Werbedienste kann Google die IP-Adresse und den daraus abgeleiteten ungefähren Standort, Geräte- oder Werbekennungen, Interaktionen mit App und Anzeigen sowie Diagnose- und SDK-Leistungsdaten verarbeiten. Zwecke sind Anzeigenauslieferung und -messung, Analyse des Werbedienstes, Sicherheit und Betrugsprävention; die Personalisierung hängt von den jeweiligen Entscheidungen ab. Die tatsächlichen Daten hängen von Plattform, SDK-Version, Berechtigungen und Konfiguration ab.
Die App verwendet Google User Messaging Platform für die erforderlichen Entscheidungen sowie unter iOS gegebenenfalls App Tracking Transparency. Systemberechtigung und Werbeeinwilligung sind getrennte Entscheidungen. Nicht personalisierte Anzeigen können weiterhin technische Daten und einwilligungspflichtige Technologien verwenden. Werbekennung und Trackingberechtigung können Sie in den Geräteeinstellungen verwalten; für Datenanfragen wenden Sie sich an reptiflow@gmail.com. Geräteeinstellungen ersetzen nicht den Widerruf einer beim Anbieter erteilten Einwilligung. Die Cloud-Auswahl ist keine Werbeeinwilligung. Die öffentliche Website hat eine eigene Konfiguration, die gegebenenfalls im gesonderten Abschnitt erläutert wird.
9. Rechtsgrundlagen
Die für Konto, Cloud-Archiv und angeforderte Funktionen notwendige Verarbeitung beruht auf der Erfüllung des angeforderten Dienstes (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. b DSGVO). Die anfängliche Cloud-Kenntnisnahme informiert über die Dienstwahl und erlaubt keine weiteren Datennutzungen. Optionale Veröffentlichungen und einwilligungspflichtige Werbeverarbeitung beruhen auf gesonderter Einwilligung (Buchst. a). Rechtliche Pflichten beruhen auf Buchst. c; Sicherheit und Missbrauchsprävention können innerhalb geltender Grenzen auf berechtigten Interessen beruhen (Buchst. f).
10. Speicherdauer und Löschung
Lokale Daten bleiben im Browser oder auf dem Gerät bis zur Löschung über verfügbare Funktionen oder Entfernung der App-Daten. Exportierte Sicherungen und Kopien anderer Geräte bleiben an den gewählten Speicherorten. Vor bestimmten Cloud-Vorgängen erstellt die App eine lokale Wiederherstellungssicherung.
Cloud-Daten bleiben dem Konto zugeordnet, bis Inhalte oder Konto gelöscht werden. Zur Abstimmung und Wiederherstellung können Versionen und Löschmarkierungen bestehen bleiben: Die Löschung eines Eintrags garantiert keine sofortige Entfernung aller technischen Spuren. Die Kontolöschung startet die Bereinigung zugehöriger Daten und Dateien in ReptiFlow-Diensten; Vorgänge können Zeit oder erneute Versuche benötigen. Minimale technische Informationen können zur Verhinderung der Wiederherstellung eines gelöschten Kontos, zur Sicherheit oder aufgrund rechtlicher Pflichten verbleiben. Kopien in externen persönlichen Diensten müssen auch beim jeweiligen Anbieter verwaltet werden.
QR-Seiten und Online-PDFs bleiben bis zur Löschung oder eingestellten Frist verfügbar. Technische Protokolle und Verwaltungsdaten werden entsprechend ihren Zwecken und geltenden Pflichten aufbewahrt. Anfragen zu Speicherfristen oder zur Löschung können über die in dieser Erklärung angegebenen Kontaktdaten gestellt werden.
E-Mail-Bestätigungslinks gelten 24 Stunden, Links zur Passwortwiederherstellung eine Stunde. Zugriffstoken gelten eine Stunde; erneuerbare Sitzungen laufen nach 90 Tagen ab, wobei die Frist bei Erneuerung aktualisiert wird. Diese Fristen begrenzen die Verwendung der Zugangsmittel und bedeuten keine automatische Löschung der Datensätze. Versuche zur Missbrauchsprävention werden innerhalb von 15 Minuten gezählt; ältere Einträge werden bei nachfolgenden Bereinigungen entfernt.
Nach der Löschung können technische Datensätze des deaktivierten Kontos und des Bereinigungsergebnisses, Kennungen zur Verhinderung einer Wiederherstellung und Kaufreferenzen gegen eine Neuzuordnung verbleiben. Wiederverwendbare Kauftoken werden bei der Abonnementbereinigung entfernt. Für einige dieser Einträge besteht derzeit keine automatische fristgebundene Löschung. Informationen und eine Prüfung der Löschung können Sie unter reptiflow@gmail.com anfordern; gesetzliche Pflichten und Sicherheitsbedürfnisse sind je Kategorie zu bewerten.
11. Konto löschen und Datenlöschung beantragen
Öffnen Sie in der App Konto → Kontoverwaltung → Gefahrenzone → Konto löschen und bestätigen Sie mit dem Passwort. Auch ohne Installation oder Öffnen der App können Sie reptiflow@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „ReptiFlow — Kontolöschung“ kontaktieren, möglichst von der mit dem Konto verbundenen Adresse. Geben Sie an, ob das gesamte Konto oder bestimmte Daten gelöscht werden sollen. Senden Sie keine Passwörter oder Ausweisdokumente ohne Notwendigkeit und Aufforderung: Zur Prüfung der Kontoinhaberschaft können angemessene Informationen verlangt werden.
Die Löschung widerruft den Zugang und startet die Entfernung des Cloud-Archivs samt Dateien, der QR-Veröffentlichungen und zugehöriger Anfragen in den ReptiFlow-Diensten. Antwortet ein Dienst nicht, kann die Bereinigung ausstehen und Wiederholungen oder Unterstützung erfordern: Eine gleichzeitige Entfernung aus allen Diensten ist nicht garantiert. Lokale Kopien, exportierte Backups und Kopien Dritter müssen gesondert verwaltet werden. Die Kontolöschung beendet Store-Abonnements nicht automatisch: Verwalten Sie die Verlängerung in Google Play oder im App Store. Die Anfrage ist auch bei aktivem Abonnement möglich.
12. Sicherheit und lokale Technologien

13. Rechte betroffener Personen
Die verfügbaren Funktionen ermöglichen die Einsichtnahme, Änderung, Ausfuhr und Löschung von Daten. Betroffene Personen können ihre Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit, soweit anwendbar, durch eine Anfrage an reptiflow@gmail.com ausüben. Einwilligungen können über die entsprechenden Funktionen oder durch eine Anfrage an den Verantwortlichen widerrufen werden. Die Rechtmäßigkeit der zuvor erfolgten Verarbeitung bleibt unberührt. Die Beendigung der Synchronisierung und die Beantragung der Löschung sind getrennte Vorgänge.
Betroffene Personen haben das Recht, bei der italienischen Datenschutzbehörde (www.garanteprivacy.it) oder der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde ihres Wohnsitzlandes Beschwerde einzulegen. ReptiFlow richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren. Unterhalb dieser Grenze muss eine sorgeberechtigte Person die Einwilligung erteilen oder genehmigen. Bloße Aufsicht ersetzt diese Genehmigung nicht. 2. Almacenamiento local y nube opcional
La aplicación permite el uso sin conexión y la conservación del archivo en el dispositivo del usuario. Tras la autenticación, el usuario puede activar el almacenamiento en la nube para el dispositivo utilizado, mediante la subida del archivo local, el uso de un archivo ya disponible en línea o la combinación de ambos. Antes de la primera activación se requiere la aceptación de la información presentada. La toma de conocimiento se registra en el dispositivo con referencia a la cuenta, al servicio de nube y a la versión de la política.
Con la nube activada, el archivo y los cambios posteriores se sincronizan automáticamente. Los cambios sin conexión y sus adjuntos se guardan localmente y se transfieren al recuperar la conexión o reabrir la aplicación en línea. Quienes usen la misma cuenta podrán acceder a los datos sincronizados. La nube privada no publica animales ni adjuntos.

3. Datos tratados y finalidades
El archivo puede incluir fichas de animales, fotos y miniaturas, documentos y nombres de archivos, notas, registros de cuidados y veterinarios de animales, recordatorios y registros, reproducción, terrarios, colonias de isópodos y alimento vivo, catálogos personalizados y proyectos de placas con sus recursos. La sincronización también utiliza identificadores, versiones e información técnica para conciliar cambios y recuperar operaciones interrumpidas.
Para la gestión de las cuentas se tratan direcciones de correo electrónico, nombres de usuario, credenciales protegidas, estados de verificación, sesiones e información necesaria para permisos y suscripciones. Los encabezados del criador, sus imágenes y las solicitudes enviadas a ReptiFlow se guardan en línea al usar estas funciones, incluso con un archivo local de animales. Los servicios en línea pueden tratar direcciones IP, horarios, solicitudes y otros datos técnicos para funcionamiento, seguridad y prevención de abusos.
4. Fotos, documentos y responsabilidad sobre contenidos
En cada selección de fotos o documentos destinados a la nube se muestra un aviso informativo sin solicitar una nueva aceptación. La subida puede realizarse de forma inmediata o diferida, incluso tras un periodo de uso sin conexión. La sincronización por sí sola no implica la publicación de los adjuntos.
El usuario debe subir únicamente contenidos para los que disponga de los derechos de uso y difusión necesarios. Deben eliminarse los datos personales innecesarios, imágenes de personas identificables, contactos, firmas e información confidencial o sensible relativa al usuario o a terceros. Los documentos veterinarios pueden contener datos del propietario o del profesional y deben revisarse antes de su subida. No deben incluirse datos de salud humana ni otras categorías especiales de datos personales innecesarias. La responsabilidad sobre la selección de los contenidos y la disponibilidad de los derechos necesarios corresponde al usuario, sin perjuicio de las obligaciones y responsabilidades de ReptiFlow previstas en la normativa aplicable.
5. Páginas QR públicas y PDF en línea
La publicación QR es opcional y requiere una confirmación independiente. Se publican los contenidos seleccionados, que pueden incluir datos del animal o grupo, registros, notas, información de la especie, fotos y encabezado del criador. Los nuevos contenidos privados no se añaden automáticamente a la selección pública.
Las páginas QR no requieren autenticación: quien tenga el código o la dirección puede consultar, copiar y compartir los contenidos. Los PDF alojados para la función NFC también son accesibles a quien tenga su enlace. El usuario debe revisar los datos incluidos antes de su publicación o de la generación del PDF en línea.
La eliminación o caducidad de una página desactiva el acceso mediante el servicio e inicia la eliminación de los contenidos asociados. No elimina copias, capturas o descargas ya realizadas por terceros. Eliminar una página pública no elimina el archivo privado. Los textos ya publicados pueden ser procesados por Cloudflare Workers AI para mostrar traducciones a los visitantes, cuando estén disponibles.
6. Perfil del criador, mapa y permisos
La inscripción en el directorio de criadores puede hacer públicos, tras aprobación y confirmación específica, nombre, logotipo, sitio web o perfil social, contactos, especies criadas, dirección y ubicación en el mapa. Las búsquedas de direcciones se envían al servicio de geocodificación configurado, incluso antes de enviar la inscripción. Se solicita la ubicación del dispositivo al usar la función correspondiente.
Cámara, galería y acceso a archivos sirven para contenidos seleccionados e importación o exportación. Notificaciones, alarmas, widgets y calendario del dispositivo sirven para funciones activadas. Las notificaciones locales funcionan en el dispositivo; los recordatorios en la nube requieren tratar en línea los datos necesarios. Denegar un permiso puede impedir esa función sin impedir las demás.
7. Proveedores y transferencias
Los servicios ReptiFlow usan Cloudflare para infraestructura web, autenticación, bases de datos, archivos y servicios QR. Una nube personal configurada usa el servicio elegido por el usuario para ese archivo. Mapas y direcciones pueden usar OpenStreetMap y Geoapify; compras y suscripciones usan los servicios de la tienda de distribución. Los enlaces externos están sujetos a las políticas de sus gestores.
Las versiones móviles pueden usar Google AdMob para anuncios y sus herramientas de preferencias de privacidad. El tratamiento depende de la plataforma, ajustes, consentimientos aplicables y posible desactivación de anuncios. Los proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo; cuando sea necesario, las transferencias se basan en garantías aplicables, incluidas decisiones de adecuación o cláusulas contractuales tipo. La información sobre proveedores y garantías aplicables puede solicitarse al responsable mediante los datos de contacto indicados en la presente política.
El servicio utiliza Brevo para enviar correos de verificación, recuperación de contraseña y actualización de solicitudes. Brevo recibe la dirección de correo, el contenido del mensaje y los datos necesarios para su entrega. Las búsquedas de direcciones pueden enviarse a Geoapify y, como alternativa, a Photon (instancia pública de komoot o servicio configurado): reciben el texto buscado, el país y, cuando se admite, el idioma. Los servicios cartográficos reciben las solicitudes necesarias para mostrar el mapa. Estos tratamientos son independientes del almacenamiento opcional del archivo de animales en la nube.
8. Publicidad en las aplicaciones móviles y opciones de privacidad
Las versiones Android e iOS integran Google AdMob. Al utilizar los servicios publicitarios, Google puede tratar la dirección IP y la ubicación aproximada inferida de ella, identificadores del dispositivo o publicitarios, interacciones con la aplicación y los anuncios, e información de diagnóstico y funcionamiento del SDK. Las finalidades incluyen mostrar y medir anuncios, analizar el servicio publicitario, seguridad y prevención del fraude; la personalización depende de las opciones aplicables. Los datos efectivos dependen de la plataforma, versión del SDK, permisos y configuración.
La aplicación utiliza Google User Messaging Platform para solicitar las opciones aplicables y, en iOS, el permiso App Tracking Transparency cuando corresponde. El permiso del sistema y el consentimiento publicitario son decisiones distintas. Los anuncios no personalizados pueden seguir implicando datos técnicos y tecnologías que requieren consentimiento. Puedes gestionar el identificador publicitario y el permiso de seguimiento en los ajustes del dispositivo y contactar con reptiflow@gmail.com sobre tus datos. Estos ajustes no sustituyen la retirada de consentimientos recogidos por el proveedor. Elegir la nube no supone consentir la publicidad. El sitio público utiliza una configuración independiente, descrita en su sección específica cuando está presente.
9. Bases jurídicas
El tratamiento necesario para cuentas, archivos en la nube y funciones solicitadas se basa en la prestación del servicio solicitado (artículo 6, apartado 1, letra b del RGPD). La toma de conocimiento inicial de la nube informa sobre la elección del servicio y no autoriza otros usos de los datos. Las publicaciones opcionales y los tratamientos publicitarios que requieren consentimiento se basan en un consentimiento específico (letra a). Los deberes legales se basan en obligaciones legales (letra c); seguridad y prevención de abusos pueden basarse en el interés legítimo (letra f), dentro de los límites aplicables.
10. Conservación y eliminación
Los datos locales permanecen en el navegador o dispositivo hasta su eliminación mediante las funciones disponibles o el borrado de los datos de la aplicación. Las copias exportadas y las de otros dispositivos permanecen donde el usuario las guardó. Antes de ciertas operaciones en la nube, la aplicación crea una copia local de recuperación.
Los datos en la nube permanecen asociados a la cuenta hasta la eliminación del contenido o de la cuenta. La sincronización puede conservar versiones y marcadores de eliminación para conciliación y recuperación: eliminar un registro no garantiza borrar inmediatamente toda huella técnica. La eliminación de la cuenta inicia la limpieza de datos y archivos asociados en los servicios ReptiFlow; las operaciones pueden requerir tiempo o nuevos intentos. Puede conservarse información técnica mínima para impedir restaurar una cuenta eliminada, por seguridad u obligaciones legales. En servicios personales externos también deben gestionarse las copias con el proveedor correspondiente.
Las páginas QR y PDF en línea siguen disponibles hasta su eliminación o caducidad configurada. Los registros técnicos y datos administrativos se conservan según lo necesario para sus fines y obligaciones aplicables. Las solicitudes relativas a los plazos de conservación o a la eliminación pueden remitirse mediante los datos de contacto indicados en la presente política.
Los enlaces de verificación de correo son válidos durante 24 horas y los de recuperación de contraseña durante una hora. Los tokens de acceso son válidos una hora; las sesiones renovables caducan a los 90 días, actualizando el plazo al renovarse. Estos plazos limitan el uso de credenciales y no equivalen al borrado automático de sus registros. Los intentos de prevención de abusos se cuentan en una ventana de 15 minutos; los registros anteriores se eliminan en las siguientes operaciones de limpieza.
Tras la eliminación pueden permanecer registros técnicos de la cuenta desactivada y del resultado de la limpieza, identificadores que impiden restaurar el archivo eliminado y referencias de compras que evitan su reasignación. El servicio elimina el token de compra reutilizable durante la limpieza de suscripciones. Algunos registros no tienen actualmente borrado automático por caducidad. Puedes pedir información y la evaluación de su eliminación a reptiflow@gmail.com; las obligaciones legales y necesidades de seguridad deben evaluarse por categoría.
11. Cómo eliminar la cuenta y solicitar el borrado de datos
En la aplicación, abre Cuenta → Gestión de la cuenta → Zona peligrosa → Eliminar cuenta y confirma con tu contraseña. Sin instalar ni abrir la aplicación, también puedes escribir a reptiflow@gmail.com con el asunto «ReptiFlow — eliminación de cuenta», preferiblemente desde el correo asociado. Indica si solicitas eliminar la cuenta completa o datos específicos. No envíes contraseñas ni documentos de identidad salvo que sean necesarios y se soliciten: podemos pedir información proporcionada para verificar que la solicitud procede del titular de la cuenta.
La eliminación revoca el acceso e inicia el borrado del archivo en la nube y sus archivos, publicaciones QR y solicitudes asociadas en los servicios ReptiFlow. Si un servicio no responde, la limpieza puede quedar pendiente y requerir reintentos o asistencia: no se garantiza el borrado simultáneo en todos los servicios. Las copias locales, copias de seguridad exportadas y copias de terceros se gestionan por separado. Eliminar la cuenta no cancela automáticamente las suscripciones del store: gestiona la renovación en Google Play o App Store. Puedes enviar la solicitud con una suscripción activa.
12. Seguridad y tecnologías locales
La aplicación utiliza LocalStorage, IndexedDB y cachés del service worker para datos sin conexión, sesiones, ajustes, decisiones de privacidad y recuperación de operaciones. Estas tecnologías son necesarias para las funciones de la aplicación. Las preferencias publicitarias se gestionan por separado cuando corresponda.
Los servicios de nube utilizan conexiones HTTPS y controles de acceso para los datos privados. No se garantiza el cifrado de extremo a extremo: los servicios deben poder tratar los datos para ofrecer las funcionalidades solicitadas. La protección del dispositivo y de las credenciales corresponde al usuario. Compartir una cuenta implica compartir el acceso a los datos. Las páginas públicas son deliberadamente accesibles mediante sus enlaces correspondientes.
13. Derechos de las personas interesadas
Las funcionalidades disponibles permiten consultar, modificar, exportar y eliminar los datos. Las personas interesadas pueden ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, oposición y portabilidad, cuando correspondan, mediante solicitud a reptiflow@gmail.com. Los consentimientos pueden retirarse a través de las funcionalidades pertinentes o mediante solicitud al responsable. La retirada no afecta a la licitud del tratamiento realizado anteriormente. La interrupción de la sincronización y la solicitud de supresión constituyen actuaciones distintas.
Las personas interesadas tienen derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad italiana de protección de datos (www.garanteprivacy.it) o ante la autoridad de control competente en su país de residencia. La aportación de datos de cuenta y nube es necesaria únicamente para las funcionalidades correspondientes; el uso local permanece disponible. El archivo privado no se utiliza para decisiones automatizadas que produzcan efectos jurídicos o efectos de importancia similar sobre las personas interesadas.
14. Menores y actualizaciones
ReptiFlow no está destinada a menores de 13 años. Esto no determina la edad para consentir autónomamente el tratamiento: en servicios online ofrecidos directamente a menores, cuando el tratamiento se basa en el consentimiento, el umbral en Italia es de 14 años; en otros países se aplica el umbral legal local. Por debajo, el consentimiento debe prestarlo o autorizarlo quien ejerza la responsabilidad parental. La supervisión por sí sola no sustituye esa autorización. Las solicitudes sobre datos de menores pueden enviarse a reptiflow@gmail.com. Las actualizaciones indican la nueva fecha y los nuevos consentimientos necesarios se solicitan por separado; continuar usando el servicio no sustituye un consentimiento requerido.
Public website: preferences and advertising
Advertising is currently inactive on the care sheet website. The AdSense meta tag verifies site ownership and does not load ads. Browser localStorage retains your theme (reptiflow-public-theme), selected country (reptiflow-public-residence-country) and privacy language (reptiflow.privacy.lang). These preferences stay in the browser and can be deleted through its settings. Language and country may also appear in visited URLs. Cloudflare processes requests and technical data to deliver and protect the website, as described above.
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and any third-party advertising vendors or networks may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize ads based on visits to this or other websites. Processing may include IP addresses, visited URLs, device information, identifiers and ad interactions. Vendors and a consent management system will be configured before activation. Where required, loading will depend on user choices, which can be changed or withdrawn through that system. Disabling personalization does not necessarily eliminate cookies or processing for measurement and security.

1. データ管理者と連絡先
データ管理者は、ReptiFlowの開発者・運営者であるMattia Villamenaです。個人データの保護に関するお問い合わせや権利の行使は、reptiflow@gmail.com にご連絡ください。
2. 端末への保存と任意のクラウド保存
本アプリはオフラインでの利用と、ユーザーの端末へのデータ保存に対応しています。認証後、ローカルデータのアップロード、既存のオンラインデータの利用、または両者の統合を選択して、利用中の端末でクラウド保存を有効にできます。初回の有効化前に、表示される説明への同意が必要です。確認の記録は、アカウント、クラウドサービス、ポリシーのバージョンと関連付けて端末に保存されます。
クラウド保存を有効にすると、データとその後の変更は自動的に同期されます。オフライン中の変更と関連する添付ファイルは端末に保存され、接続の復旧時または次回インターネットに接続してアプリを開いたときに転送されます。同じアカウントを利用する人は、同期されたデータにアクセスできます。非公開のクラウド保存によって動物のデータや添付ファイルが公開されることはありません。
ローカル保存に切り替えると、その端末での同期が停止します。既存のクラウドデータ、他の端末のデータ、公開済みのQRページは削除されません。アカウントからログアウトしてもデータは削除されません。
3. 取り扱うデータと利用目的
保存されるデータには、動物の登録情報、写真とサムネイル、文書とファイル名、メモ、飼育・獣医療記録、リマインダーと履歴、繁殖、テラリウム、等脚類や活餌のコロニー、独自のカタログ、ネームプレートのプロジェクトと素材が含まれる場合があります。また同期には、変更の整合と中断された処理の復旧のため、識別子、バージョン、技術情報が使用されます。
アカウントの管理では、メールアドレス、ユーザー名、保護された認証情報、確認状況、セッション、権限およびサブスクリプションの管理に必要な情報を取り扱います。ブリーダーのヘッダー、関連画像、ReptiFlowに送信されたリクエストは、該当機能の利用時にオンラインで保存されます。これは動物のデータを端末に保存している場合も同様です。オンラインサービスは、サービスの提供、安全性の確保、不正利用の防止のため、IPアドレス、タイムスタンプ、リクエスト、その他の技術データを処理する場合があります。
4. 写真・文書とコンテンツに関する責任
クラウド保存用の写真や文書を選択するたびに、説明が表示されます。毎回改めて同意を求めるものではありません。アップロードは直ちに、またはオフライン利用後などに後から実行される場合があります。同期だけで添付ファイルが公開されることはありません。
ユーザーは、利用と共有に必要な権利を有するコンテンツのみをアップロードしてください。不要な個人データ、個人を識別できる画像、連絡先、署名、および本人や第三者の機密情報・センシティブな情報は削除する必要があります。獣医療文書には飼い主や専門家の情報が含まれる場合があるため、アップロード前に確認してください。不要な人の健康データや、その他の特別なカテゴリーの個人データを含めないでください。コンテンツの選択と必要な権利の確保はユーザーの責任です。ただし、適用法に基づくReptiFlowの義務および責任を妨げるものではありません。
5. 公開QRページとオンラインPDF
QRページの公開は任意であり、別途確認が必要です。選択したコンテンツが公開されます。動物やグループの情報、記録、メモ、種の情報、写真、ブリーダーのヘッダーが含まれる場合があります。新たな非公開コンテンツが自動的に公開対象へ追加されることはありません。
QRページの閲覧には認証が不要です。コードまたは関連するアドレスを持つ人は誰でも、公開されたコンテンツを閲覧、複製、共有できます。NFC機能のためにオンラインで保存されるPDFも、該当するリンクを持つ人がアクセスできます。公開またはオンラインPDFの生成前に、含まれるデータを確認してください。
ページの削除または有効期限の到来によって、サービス経由のアクセスが無効になり、関連コンテンツの削除が開始されます。他者がすでに作成したコピー、スクリーンショット、ダウンロードは削除できません。公開ページを削除しても非公開のデータは削除されません。対応している場合、訪問者に翻訳を表示するため、公開済みのテキストがCloudflare Workers AIで処理されることがあります。
6. ブリーダープロフィール・地図・権限
ブリーダーディレクトリへの登録では、承認と個別の確認後、ブリーダー名、ロゴ、ウェブサイトやSNSプロフィール、連絡先、繁殖する種、住所、地図上の位置が公開される場合があります。住所検索のリクエストは、登録申請前であっても設定されたジオコーディングサービスに送信されます。端末の位置情報は、該当機能を使用するときに要求されます。
カメラ、ギャラリー、ファイルへのアクセスは、ユーザーが選択したコンテンツやインポート・エクスポートに使用されます。通知、アラーム、ウィジェット、端末のカレンダーは、有効にした機能を支えます。ローカル通知は端末で動作し、クラウドのリマインダー機能では必要なデータがオンラインで処理されます。権限を拒否すると該当機能を利用できなくなる場合がありますが、他の機能の利用は妨げません。
7. サービス提供者と国外への移転
ReptiFlowは、ウェブ基盤、認証、データベース、ファイル保存、QRサービスにCloudflareを使用しています。個人用クラウドを設定した場合、そのデータにはユーザーが選んだサービスが使用されます。地図と住所にはOpenStreetMapやGeoapifyを、購入とサブスクリプションには配信ストアのサービスを使用する場合があります。外部リンクには各運営者のポリシーが適用されます。
モバイル版では、広告とプライバシー設定のためにGoogle AdMobを使用する場合があります。処理内容は、プラットフォーム、設定、適用される同意、広告が無効になっているかによって異なります。サービス提供者が欧州経済領域外でデータを処理する場合があります。必要な場合、移転には十分性認定や標準契約条項など、適用される保護措置が用いられます。提供者や保護措置に関する情報は、本ポリシーに記載の連絡先からデータ管理者へお問い合わせいただけます。
確認、パスワード再設定、申請状況に関するメールの送信にはBrevoを利用し、メールアドレス、メッセージ内容、配信に必要な情報を送信します。住所検索はGeoapify、または代替のPhoton（komootの公開インスタンスまたは設定された接続先）に送信される場合があり、検索文字列、国、対応する場合は言語が提供されます。地図サービスは地図表示に必要なリクエストを受信します。これらは動物データの任意のクラウド保存とは別の処理です。
8. モバイルアプリの広告とプライバシーの選択
Android版とiOS版にはGoogle AdMobが組み込まれています。広告サービスの利用時に、GoogleはIPアドレスとそこから推定されるおおよその位置、端末・広告識別子、アプリや広告との操作情報、診断・SDK動作情報を処理する場合があります。目的には広告配信と測定、広告サービスの分析、安全対策、不正防止が含まれ、パーソナライズは適用される選択によります。実際のデータはプラットフォーム、SDKのバージョン、権限、設定によって異なります。
アプリはGoogle User Messaging Platformで必要な選択を求め、iOSでは該当する場合にApp Tracking Transparencyの許可を求めます。システム権限と広告への同意は別の選択です。パーソナライズされない広告でも、技術データや同意が必要な技術を使用する場合があります。広告識別子とトラッキング許可は端末設定で管理でき、データに関するご請求はreptiflow@gmail.comで受け付けます。端末設定は、事業者が取得した同意の撤回に代わるものではありません。クラウドの選択は広告への同意ではありません。公開ウェブサイトには別の設定が適用され、専用の項目がある場合はそこで説明します。
9. 法的根拠
アカウント、クラウドデータ、依頼された機能の提供に必要な処理は、依頼されたサービスの履行に基づきます（GDPR第6条第1項(b)）。クラウドの初回確認はサービスの選択に関する情報提供であり、データの追加利用を許可するものではありません。任意の公開および同意を必要とする広告処理は、個別の同意に基づきます（同項(a)）。法令遵守は法的義務に基づきます（同項(c)）。安全性の確保と不正利用の防止は、適用される範囲内で、正当な利益に基づく場合があります（同項(f)）。
10. 保存期間と削除
端末内のデータは、利用可能な機能による削除またはアプリデータの消去まで、ブラウザーや端末に保存されます。エクスポートしたバックアップや他の端末のコピーは、ユーザーが選んだ場所に残ります。一部のクラウド操作の前には、アプリが端末に復旧用バックアップを作成します。
クラウドデータは、コンテンツまたはアカウントを削除するまでアカウントに関連付けられます。同期では、整合と復旧のためにバージョンや削除マーカーが保持される場合があります。記録を削除しても、すべての技術的な痕跡が直ちに消えるとは限りません。アカウントを削除すると、ReptiFlowのサービス内の関連データやファイルの削除が開始されます。完了には時間や再試行が必要な場合があります。削除済みアカウントの復元防止、安全性の確保、法的義務のために、最小限の技術情報が残る場合があります。外部の個人用サービスについては、該当する提供者側でもコピーを管理する必要があります。
QRページとオンラインPDFは、削除または設定した有効期限まで利用できます。技術ログや管理データは、その目的と適用される義務に必要な期間保存されます。保存期間のお問い合わせや削除のご請求は、本ポリシーに記載の連絡先にお送りいただけます。
メール確認リンクの有効期間は24時間、パスワード再設定リンクは1時間です。アクセストークンは1時間有効です。更新可能なセッションは90日で失効し、更新時に期限も更新されます。これらは認証情報の使用期限であり、対応する記録の自動削除を意味しません。不正防止用の試行は15分の期間で集計し、古い記録は後続のクリーンアップで削除します。
削除後も、無効化されたアカウントとクリーンアップ結果の技術記録、削除データの復元を防ぐ識別子、購入の再割り当てを防ぐ参照情報が残る場合があります。再利用可能な購入トークンは購読データのクリーンアップ時に削除します。一部の記録には現在、期限に基づく自動削除が設定されていません。残存データの情報や削除の検討はreptiflow@gmail.comへご請求ください。法的義務や安全上の必要性はデータの種類ごとに評価します。
11. アカウント削除とデータ消去の請求方法
アプリで「アカウント」→「アカウント管理」→「危険な操作」→「アカウントを削除」を開き、パスワードで確認してください。アプリをインストールしたり開いたりせずに、件名を「ReptiFlow — account deletion」としてreptiflow@gmail.comへメールすることもできます。可能であればアカウントに登録したアドレスを使用し、アカウント全体と特定のデータのどちらを削除したいかを明記してください。必要な依頼がない限りパスワードや本人確認書類は送らないでください。アカウント所有者からの請求であることを確認するため、相応の情報をお願いする場合があります。
削除によりアクセスを無効化し、ReptiFlowサービス内のクラウドデータと関連ファイル、QR公開、関連する申請の削除を開始します。サービスが応答しない場合、処理が保留となり、再試行やサポートが必要になることがあります。全サービスからの同時削除は保証されません。ローカルコピー、書き出したバックアップ、第三者が取得したコピーは別途管理する必要があります。アカウント削除によってストアの購読が自動解約されることはありません。Google PlayまたはApp Storeの設定で更新を管理してください。購読が有効でも削除を請求できます。
12. 安全性とローカル技術
アプリは、オフライン保存、セッション、設定、プライバシーの選択、処理の復旧のためにLocalStorage、IndexedDB、サービスワーカーのキャッシュを使用します。これらはアプリの機能に必要です。該当する場合、広告設定は別途管理されます。
クラウドサービスは、非公開データのためにHTTPS接続とアクセス制御を使用します。エンドツーエンド暗号化は保証されません。サービスは依頼された機能を提供するため、データを処理できる必要があります。端末と認証情報の保護はユーザーの責任です。アカウントを共有すると、データへのアクセスも共有されます。公開ページは、該当するリンクから意図的にアクセス可能です。
13. データ主体の権利
利用可能な機能により、データの閲覧、変更、エクスポート、削除ができます。データ主体は、適用される場合、アクセス、訂正、消去、処理の制限、異議申立て、データポータビリティの権利を、reptiflow@gmail.com へのご請求により行使できます。同意は該当機能または管理者への連絡により撤回できます。撤回前に行われた処理の適法性は影響を受けません。同期の停止と削除の請求は別の操作です。

14. 未成年者と更新

Public website: preferences and advertising
Advertising is currently inactive on the care sheet website. The AdSense meta tag verifies site ownership and does not load ads. Browser localStorage retains your theme (reptiflow-public-theme), selected country (reptiflow-public-residence-country) and privacy language (reptiflow.privacy.lang). These preferences stay in the browser and can be deleted through its settings. Language and country may also appear in visited URLs. Cloudflare processes requests and technical data to deliver and protect the website, as described above.
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and any third-party advertising vendors or networks may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize ads based on visits to this or other websites. Processing may include IP addresses, visited URLs, device information, identifiers and ad interactions. Vendors and a consent management system will be configured before activation. Where required, loading will depend on user choices, which can be changed or withdrawn through that system. 개인정보 처리자는 ReptiFlow의 개발자이자 운영자인 Mattia Villamena입니다. 개인정보 보호에 대한 문의 및 권리 행사는 reptiflow@gmail.com 으로 연락해 주세요.
2. 기기 저장 및 선택적 클라우드 저장
앱은 오프라인 사용과 사용자 기기에 자료를 저장하는 기능을 지원합니다. 인증 후 사용자는 로컬 자료 업로드, 기존 온라인 자료 사용 또는 두 자료의 병합을 선택하여 사용 중인 기기의 클라우드 저장을 활성화할 수 있습니다. 최초 활성화 전에 표시된 안내에 동의해야 합니다. 확인 기록은 계정, 클라우드 서비스 및 방침 버전과 연결되어 기기에 저장됩니다.
클라우드 저장을 활성화하면 자료와 이후의 변경 사항이 자동으로 동기화됩니다. 오프라인에서 변경한 내용과 관련 첨부파일은 로컬에 저장되며, 연결이 복구되거나 인터넷에 연결하여 앱을 다시 열 때 전송됩니다. 같은 계정을 사용하는 사람은 동기화된 데이터에 접근할 수 있습니다. 비공개 클라우드 저장으로 동물 데이터나 첨부파일이 공개되지는 않습니다.
로컬 저장으로 전환하면 해당 기기의 동기화가 중지됩니다. 기존 클라우드 자료, 다른 기기의 데이터 또는 공개된 QR 페이지는 삭제되지 않습니다. 계정에서 로그아웃해도 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다.
3. 처리하는 데이터 및 목적
자료에는 동물 등록 정보, 사진과 썸네일, 문서와 파일명, 메모, 동물 사육 및 수의 진료 기록, 알림과 이력, 번식, 테라리움, 등각류 및 생먹이 군체, 사용자 지정 카탈로그, 이름표 프로젝트와 자산이 포함될 수 있습니다. 동기화에는 변경 사항 조정과 중단된 작업 복구를 위한 식별자, 버전 및 기술 정보도 사용됩니다.
계정 관리를 위해 이메일 주소, 사용자 이름, 보호된 인증 정보, 인증 상태, 세션, 권한 및 구독 관리에 필요한 정보를 처리합니다. 사육자 머리글, 관련 이미지 및 ReptiFlow에 제출한 요청은 해당 기능을 사용할 때 온라인에 저장됩니다. 동물 자료를 로컬에 저장하는 경우에도 마찬가지입니다. 온라인 서비스는 서비스 제공, 보안 및 악용 방지를 위해 IP 주소, 타임스탬프, 요청 및 추가 기술 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
4. 사진·문서 및 콘텐츠에 대한 책임
클라우드 저장용 사진이나 문서를 선택할 때마다 안내가 표시되며, 추가 동의를 요구하지는 않습니다. 업로드는 즉시 또는 오프라인 사용 후 나중에 이루어질 수 있습니다. 동기화만으로 첨부파일이 공개되지는 않습니다.
사용자는 필요한 이용 및 공유 권리를 확보한 콘텐츠만 업로드해야 합니다. 불필요한 개인정보, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 사진, 연락처, 서명, 사용자 또는 제3자에 관한 기밀·민감 정보는 제거해야 합니다. 수의 진료 문서에는 소유자 또는 전문가의 정보가 포함될 수 있으므로 업로드 전에 검토해야 합니다. 불필요한 사람의 건강 정보나 그 밖의 특별한 범주의 개인정보를 포함해서는 안 됩니다. 콘텐츠 선택과 필요한 권리 확보의 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 다만 이는 관련 법령에 따른 ReptiFlow의 의무와 책임에 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
5. 공개 QR 페이지 및 온라인 PDF
QR 공개는 선택 사항이며 별도의 확인이 필요합니다. 선택한 콘텐츠가 공개되며, 동물이나 그룹의 정보, 기록, 메모, 종 정보, 사진 및 사육자 머리글이 포함될 수 있습니다. 새로운 비공개 콘텐츠가 공개 선택 항목에 자동으로 추가되지는 않습니다.
QR 페이지는 인증 없이 열람할 수 있습니다. 코드나 연결 주소를 가진 사람은 누구나 공개된 콘텐츠를 열람, 복사 및 공유할 수 있습니다. NFC 기능을 위해 온라인에 저장된 PDF도 해당 링크를 가진 사람이 접근할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 공개하거나 온라인 PDF를 생성하기 전에 포함된 데이터를 검토해야 합니다.
페이지를 삭제하거나 유효기간이 만료되면 서비스를 통한 접근이 중단되고 연결된 콘텐츠의 삭제가 시작됩니다. 다른 사람이 이미 만든 복사본, 스크린샷 또는 다운로드는 제거할 수 없습니다. 공개 페이지를 삭제해도 비공개 자료는 삭제되지 않습니다. 지원되는 경우 방문자에게 번역을 표시하기 위해 이미 공개된 텍스트가 Cloudflare Workers AI에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
6. 사육자 프로필·지도·권한
사육자 명부에 등록하면 승인 및 별도의 확인 후 사육자 이름, 로고, 웹사이트나 소셜 프로필, 연락처, 번식하는 종, 주소 및 지도 위치가 공개될 수 있습니다. 주소 검색 요청은 등록 신청 전에도 설정된 지오코딩 서비스로 전송됩니다. 기기 위치는 해당 기능을 사용할 때 요청됩니다.
카메라, 갤러리 및 파일 접근은 사용자가 선택한 콘텐츠와 가져오기·내보내기를 지원합니다. 알림, 알람, 위젯 및 기기 캘린더는 활성화된 기능을 지원합니다. 로컬 알림은 기기에서 실행되며, 클라우드 알림 기능은 필요한 데이터를 온라인으로 처리합니다. 권한을 거부하면 해당 기능을 이용하지 못할 수 있지만 다른 기능의 사용에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 제공자 및 국외 이전
ReptiFlow 서비스는 웹 인프라, 인증, 데이터베이스, 파일 저장 및 QR 서비스에 Cloudflare를 사용합니다. 개인 클라우드를 설정한 경우 해당 자료에는 사용자가 선택한 서비스가 사용됩니다. 지도와 주소에는 OpenStreetMap 및 Geoapify를, 구매와 구독에는 배포 스토어의 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 외부 링크에는 해당 운영자의 방침이 적용됩니다.
모바일 버전은 광고 및 개인정보 설정 도구에 Google AdMob을 사용할 수 있습니다. 처리는 플랫폼, 설정, 적용되는 동의 및 광고 비활성화 여부에 따라 달라집니다. 제공자는 유럽경제지역 밖에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 이전에는 적정성 결정이나 표준계약조항 등 적용되는 보호조치가 사용됩니다. 제공자와 적용되는 보호조치에 관한 정보는 이 방침에 기재된 연락처로 개인정보 처리자에게 요청할 수 있습니다.
인증, 비밀번호 재설정 및 요청 상태 안내 이메일은 Brevo로 발송하며, 이메일 주소, 메시지 내용 및 전달에 필요한 정보를 제공합니다. 주소 검색은 Geoapify 또는 대체 서비스인 Photon(komoot 공개 인스턴스 또는 설정된 서비스)으로 전송될 수 있으며 검색어, 국가 및 지원되는 경우 언어가 제공됩니다. 지도 서비스는 지도 표시에 필요한 요청을 받습니다. 이러한 처리는 동물 자료의 선택적 클라우드 저장과 별개입니다.
8. 모바일 앱 광고 및 개인정보 선택
Android 및 iOS 버전에는 Google AdMob이 통합되어 있습니다. 광고 서비스를 이용하면 Google이 IP 주소와 이를 통해 추정한 대략적인 위치, 기기 또는 광고 식별자, 앱 및 광고와의 상호작용, 진단 및 SDK 성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 목적에는 광고 게재 및 측정, 광고 서비스 분석, 보안 및 사기 방지가 포함되며 맞춤설정은 적용되는 선택에 따릅니다. 실제 데이터는 플랫폼, SDK 버전, 권한 및 설정에 따라 다릅니다.
앱은 필요한 선택을 요청하기 위해 Google User Messaging Platform을 사용하며 iOS에서는 해당하는 경우 App Tracking Transparency 권한을 요청합니다. 시스템 권한과 광고 동의는 별개입니다. 비맞춤 광고도 기술 데이터 및 동의가 필요한 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자와 추적 권한은 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있으며 데이터에 대한 요청은 reptiflow@gmail.com 으로 보내실 수 있습니다. 기기 설정은 제공업체가 받은 동의의 철회를 대신하지 않습니다. 클라우드 선택은 광고 동의가 아닙니다. 공개 웹사이트에는 별도 설정이 적용되며 해당 항목이 있으면 그곳에서 설명합니다.
9. 법적 근거
계정, 클라우드 자료 및 요청한 기능을 제공하는 데 필요한 처리는 요청한 서비스의 이행에 근거합니다(GDPR 제6조 제1항 (b)호). 최초 클라우드 확인은 서비스 선택에 관한 안내이며 데이터의 추가 이용을 허용하지 않습니다. 선택적 공개 및 동의가 필요한 광고 처리는 개별 동의에 근거합니다((a)호). 법령 준수는 법적 의무에 근거하며((c)호), 보안과 악용 방지는 적용되는 범위 내에서 정당한 이익에 근거할 수 있습니다((f)호).
10. 보관 및 삭제
로컬 데이터는 제공되는 기능으로 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 제거할 때까지 브라우저 또는 기기에 남습니다. 내보낸 백업과 다른 기기의 복사본은 사용자가 선택한 위치에 남습니다. 일부 클라우드 작업 전에 앱은 로컬 복구용 백업을 생성합니다.
클라우드 데이터는 콘텐츠 또는 계정이 삭제될 때까지 계정과 연결됩니다. 동기화는 조정과 복구를 위해 버전 및 삭제 표식을 보관할 수 있으므로 기록을 삭제해도 모든 기술적 흔적이 즉시 제거되는 것은 아닙니다. 계정을 삭제하면 ReptiFlow 서비스의 관련 데이터와 파일 정리가 시작됩니다. 작업을 완료하는 데 시간이나 재시도가 필요할 수 있습니다. 삭제된 계정의 복구 방지, 보안 또는 법적 의무를 위해 최소한의 기술 정보가 남을 수 있습니다. 외부 개인 서비스의 복사본은 해당 제공자 측에서도 관리해야 합니다.
QR 페이지와 온라인 PDF는 삭제되거나 설정된 유효기간이 만료될 때까지 제공됩니다. 기술 로그와 관리 데이터는 그 목적과 적용되는 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 보관 기간에 관한 문의와 삭제 요청은 이 방침에 기재된 연락처로 보내실 수 있습니다.
이메일 인증 링크는 24시간, 비밀번호 재설정 링크는 1시간 유효합니다. 액세스 토큰은 1시간 유효하며 갱신 가능한 세션은 90일 후 만료되고 갱신 시 만료일이 갱신됩니다. 이는 인증 정보의 사용 기한이며 관련 기록의 자동 삭제를 의미하지 않습니다. 악용 방지 시도는 15분 단위로 집계하며 오래된 기록은 후속 정리 작업에서 삭제됩니다.
삭제 후에도 비활성화된 계정 및 정리 결과의 기술 기록, 삭제 자료의 복원을 막는 식별자, 구매 재할당을 방지하는 참조 정보가 남을 수 있습니다. 재사용 가능한 구매 토큰은 구독 정리 과정에서 삭제합니다. 일부 기록에는 현재 기한에 따른 자동 삭제가 설정되어 있지 않습니다. 남은 데이터에 대한 정보와 삭제 검토는 reptiflow@gmail.com 으로 요청할 수 있으며 법적 의무와 보안 필요성은 항목별로 평가합니다.
11. 계정 삭제 및 데이터 삭제 요청 방법
앱에서 계정 → 계정 관리 → 위험 구역 → 계정 삭제를 열고 비밀번호로 확인하세요. 앱을 설치하거나 열지 않고도 reptiflow@gmail.com 으로 제목을 “ReptiFlow — account deletion”으로 하여 요청할 수 있습니다. 가능하면 계정에 연결된 이메일로 보내고 전체 계정 또는 특정 데이터 중 무엇을 삭제할지 알려 주세요. 필요에 따른 요청이 없으면 비밀번호나 신분증을 보내지 마세요. 계정 소유자의 요청인지 확인하기 위해 적절한 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제 시 접근 권한을 취소하고 ReptiFlow 서비스 내 클라우드 자료와 연결 파일, QR 게시물 및 관련 요청의 삭제를 시작합니다. 서비스가 응답하지 않으면 정리가 보류되어 재시도나 지원이 필요할 수 있으며 모든 서비스에서의 동시 삭제는 보장되지 않습니다. 로컬 사본, 내보낸 백업, 제3자가 얻은 사본은 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 계정 삭제가 스토어 구독을 자동 해지하지는 않습니다. Google Play 또는 App Store 설정에서 갱신을 관리하세요. 구독 중에도 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
12. 보안 및 로컬 기술
앱은 오프라인 저장, 세션, 설정, 개인정보 선택 및 작업 복구를 위해 LocalStorage, IndexedDB 및 서비스 워커 캐시를 사용합니다. 이러한 기술은 앱 기능에 필요합니다. 해당되는 경우 광고 설정은 별도로 관리됩니다.
